Harvesting rain is a practice that has been around for centuries. Keeping the world green has a direct impact on the water cycle, ecosystems, and our ability to maintain balance with our surroundings. Rainwater collection helps reduce the municipal water demand & energy consumption output from municipal water treatment plants. While helping prevent erosion, flooding, and poor water quality in our lakes and streams from stormwater drainage.

In urban settings, up to 90% of water runs off because of all the hard surfaces like roads, parking lots, and roofs. In nature, up to 90% soaks into the ground. Rainwater systems counteract storm water run off and thereby reduce flooding, erosion, and ground water contamination. When combined with enlightened infiltration designs like rain gardens, a natural state can be regained.
